Les peaux des haricots seront partiellement d\u00e9coll\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le lendemain, finissez d&#8217;enlever la peau restante, les peler, les \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n<p>Versez les pois du Cap dans une casserole d&#8217;eau en \u00e9bullition et laisser cuire 15 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez les tomates en d\u00e8s.<br \/>\nPilez le morceau de gingembre avec les piments, l&#8217;ail et une pinc\u00e9es de sel.<\/p>\n<p>Hachez les oignons.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez le boucan\u00e9 en morceaux de deux centim\u00e8tres environ.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale versez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et faites revenir les morceaux de boucan\u00e9 et les oignons. Laissez roussir et ajoutez les d\u00e8s de tomates, votre m\u00e9lange pil\u00e9. Saupoudrez du safran pays et m\u00e9langez. Laissez mijoter cinq minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9gouttez les pois du cap. Versez les dans une cocotte et ajoutez le contenu de votre po\u00eale. M\u00e9langez, recouvrez d&#8217;eau \u00e0 hauteur et cuire \u00e0 feux doux environ 30 minutes.
