You can use the following archive under Linux or Windows. Use winrar to decompress the .tar.bz2 or .tbz2 under win$ and tar xjvf myarchive.tbz2 under Linux

GNGEO is a NEOGEO emulator for the gamecube.It run perfectly with <5Mo roms and can handle with some slowdown up to 36Mo roms, perhaps more. Try last resort, it's perfect, very impressive !!

you can edit it on windows with explore2fs (write-enabled) - Download
explore2fs-1.00-pre4.zip
you can mount it on linux (mount -o loop,rw my.rootfs /mnt/loop)
Then read the readme.txt from the archive from specific instruction.
